I believe there is no "cookie cutter" formula to help you work through life's issues, therefore... I intertwine many counseling approaches to enhance your ability to achieve a balanced emotional and psychological well-being.
At the heart of counseling is listening, the experience of being heard and accepted that enables growth and change.
There are times in life when individuals feel stuck, overwhelmed with life's challenges, and perhaps not knowing what the next steps are to make the changes we desire for a balanced and fulfilling life.
I believe the individual is complex and unique, as is his or her life story, challenges, and concerns. I work with you to discover your inner strengths, which in turn will help you work through your specific life challenges.
